The Exeter Giving Circle
The Women’s Fund is proud to support The Exeter Giving Circle. Established in October 2002, the Giving Circle is a group of women united by their concern for disadvantaged children and teens in the community. As a membership group, the Giving Circle aims to pool the human and financial resources of the members in order to effect change in individuals’ lives.
The Giving Circle reviews grant applications in the fall of each year from nonprofit groups that provide services in the towns serving SAU # 16; which are Brentwood, East Kingston, Exeter, Kensington, Newfields, and Stratham. The Giving Circle supports programs that benefit disadvantaged children who live in the towns served by SAU #16 and projects that have a permanent impact on the participating individuals
The grant deadline for this program is November 2008. Proposals will be reviewed by the Giving Circle and grant notification will be sent by January 2009. To be eligible for consideration, applicant must be an approved 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization or be eligible for 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt status.
